Refunds and cancellation
Try it first, cancel whenever you like, and know exactly what happens to your money.
Start with a trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, so you can set Jean up on your Mac and see it work for your team before you pay for a month. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged for the plan.
Cancel anytime
Open the receipt email from Stripe, follow the link to manage your subscription, and cancel there. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that. No calls, no forms.
Refunds
- No refunds for partial months. If you cancel partway through a month, you keep access until the month ends, and we don't refund the unused days.
- Unless the law requires it. Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund or to withdraw from the purchase, we honour it.
- Mistakes are on us. If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, write to us and we'll put it right.
White-glove setup
The setup add-on is a one-time payment for a setup session with us. If you cancel before the session takes place, we refund it in full. Once the session has happened, it isn't refundable unless the law requires it. [CONFIRM this setup policy]
Claude and Slack costs
Claude usage is billed by Anthropic to your own account, and Slack bills its own plans. Those charges are between you and them, so we can't refund them.
How refunds are paid
Stripe, our merchant of record, processes refunds back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
